Docomo targets growth from 5G, 'smart life' services after fall in FY results

Japanese operator NTT Docomo reported a fall in results for its fiscal year to March, but less than expected. The figures were hurt by the launch of new, lower priced mobile plans. In the new year, the company plans to focus on its membership services and 5G in order to return to growth. However, given the uncertain economic climate due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it did not provide guidance for financial results.
