Donetsk, Lugansk connected to Russian backbone networks

The People's Republic of Donetsk, formed by pro-Russia separatists in the occupied part of the Donetsk region of Ukraine, has switched in full its telecommunications networks to backbone networks deployed in the Rostov region in Russia, reports Cnews.ru. The situation is similar in the People's Republic of Lugansk, formed by separatists in the occupied part of the Lugansk region.
