Drillisch to merge Eteleon and MS Mobile Services

Drillisch announced it will merge its subsidiaries Eteleon and MS Mobile Services, affecting brands such as Smartmobil, Maxxim and DeutschlandSIM, teltarif.de reports. The merger is due to be concluded on 1 April. Apart from the creditor ID, nothing will change for customers; all brands and tariffs are planned to be maintained fully. Eteleon will cease to be an independent company but all brands, such as DeutschlandSIM, DiscoTEL, DiscoPLUS, DiscoSURF, Eteleon, FastSIM, WinSIM, B2c.de, Intelligram, PremiumSIM uand M2M-mobil, remain.
