Dropbox acquires workplace chat platform Zulip
Dropbox has acquired Zulip, makers of a workplace chat platform for desktop and mobile, TechCrunch reports. Still in private beta at the time of the deal, Zulip has developed a suite of apps which allows users to share public and private messages with co-workers. The apps are for Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android. Zulip confirmed the acquisition in a letter to existing customers.
