Dtac offer SIMs, data access for returning Thais during 2-week quarantine

Thai operator Total Access Communication (dtac) has announced it will offer free dtac SIMs to Thais returning to Thailand. These SIMs will also include unlimited data access for 14 days, to allow users to contact their families during their 2-week quarantine.
