Dtac postponed AGM, approves payment of interim dividend

Friday 27 March 2020 | 13:29 CET | News
Thai operator Dtac's board of directors has decided to postpone its 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders indefinitely. The decision will not have any impact on ongoing business operations nor the payment of dividends, the company said. It is line with dtac's other social distancing policies, such as closing shops in high-risk areas and encouraging the majority of its employees to work from home.
