Dtac shuts down Bangkok customer service centres amid covid-19 lockdown

Total Access Communications (dtac) has announced it will shut down certain Dtac Halls, customer service centers located in shopping malls across Bangkok from 22 March to 12 April, following the covid-19 lockdown order issued by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). Customers will still be able to do automated payment transactions at the shops. The BMA ordered the 22-day shutdown of shopping malls and venues of mass gathering in Bangkok as part of the efforts to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.
