Dutch 4G penetration increases, still room for growth

But not everyone with a 4G-capable device also uses 4G services. Of the group of consumers who have a smartphone that is suitable for 4G, 81 percent actually use 4G. Customers can still be within a Sim-only contract term whereby they still cannot use 4G. Some providers cannot yet give access to 4G. The major operators can, but the smaller MVNOs, such as Aldi talk, Hema, Jumbo, Kruidvat, Vectone mobile or Choozze for example, do not offer 4G services.
