Dutch ACM to determine if KPN is abusing dominant position with fibre rollout - Keijzer

Dutch State Secretary Mona Keijzer (EZK) regrets the uncertainty that has come around, about the continuation of fibre initiative Broadband Beemster. Keijzer said regulator ACM will determine whether KPN's decision to deploy fibre in the centres of the municipality of Beemster means it is abusing its dominant position. Keijzer made the statement in response to questions from the CDA party.
