Dutch advertising industry calls on govt to conduct impact study on ePrivacy rules

DDMA,  the Dutch industry organisation for data and marketing, is calling on Secretary of State Mona Keijzer to conduct an independent investigation into the economic impact of the new ePrivacy regulation on the Dutch market. The industry group expects the new version of the current Telecommunications Act to have negative effects on the options advertising companies have to monitor consumer behaviour with cookies.
