Dutch appeals court rejects suit against KPN FTTH wholesale price caps

The Dutch corporate court of appeals (CBb) has rejected the appeal put forth by T-Mobile Netherlands, T-Mobile Thuis and Tele2 Netherlands against the FTTH wholesale prices caps set for KPN. With the ruling, the maximum rates are now irrevocably fixed, ACM said.
