Dutch average TV viewing time falls in February

The Dutch watched an average 208 minutes on the TV per day in February, according to the ratings agency SKO. That includes delayed viewing and VOD on the TV. Live TV alone accounted for 196 minutes per day, down from 204 minutes a year earlier. This is a trend in the past year, while 'other' viewing time, mainly VOD, is increasing, from 10 minutes per day in February 2016 to 12 minutes in the most recent month. The public broadcaster NPO took a 33.3 percent share of viewing time across the day, up from 31.3 percent a year ago, while RTL's share fell to 24.9 percent from 25.1 percent, and SBS
