Dutch BBC viewers lose restart, catch-up options

Customers of Dutch TV providers KPN and Ziggo can no longer access restart or catch-up services for the BBC channels. KPN said the changes are the result of a new licence agreement that took effect on 01 June. Only the commercial channel BBC First will offer the interactive options still.
