Dutch businesses call for confidentiality in reporting cyber incidents

Businesses should be assured of confidentiality if they report cybersecurity incidents to public authorities, according to the leading Dutch business groups VNO-NCW and MKB-Nederland. They called on the justice minister to ensure confidentiality if the new reporting requirements in the Cybersecurity Law are approved by parliament.
