Dutch Data Center Assn publishes report on how to handle GDPR with ICTRecht

The Dutch Data Center Association (DDA) and legal consultancy ICTRecht have published the third edition of the Datacenter & Law report. Key points in the report include the impact of GDPR privacy law on the data centre sector and a discussion around the (defective) security of IoT devices. The report also looks at the latest developments regarding continuity in the cloud, the legal situation regarding cryptocurrency and the level playing field for ICT tenders.
