Dutch data protection regulator criticises PSD2 bill

The Dutch data protection regulator AP has warned that the legislation to transpose the EU's new payment services directive does not take privacy requirements enough into account. In its opinion on the legislation on PSD2 going through parliament, the AP said the draft bill does not sufficiently consider the EU's General Data Protection Regulation.
