Dutch drivers hate those using phones behind the wheel - study

Car users are the most annoyed at those road users who use their phones behind the wheel. As many as 60 percent of Dutch consumers said found this behaviour annoying, according to the EasyPark Traffic Monitoring Monitor, carried out by research agency Team Vier.
