Dutch e-commerce spending on foreign websites up 28% in 2017

Dutch consumers spent EUR 817 million on foreign websites last year, an increase of 28 percent from EUR 637 million in 2016, according to research by GfK for Thuiswinkel.org and PostNL. China was the number one destination, accounting for 30 percent of the spending at EUR 238 million, up 31 percent from 2016.
