Dutch govt considers ban on ransomware payments

The Dutch government is considering a ban on paying ransom in cyberattacks. Sources familiar with the matter told public broadcaster NOS that the justice ministry is considering a legal ban on insurers refunding customers who pay off ransomware attackers.
