Dutch govt considers minimum speed of 8 Mbps for new mobile licences

The Dutch government is looking to set a minimum speed of 8 Mbps for mobile broadband networks. The criteria is expected to apply for the spectrum licences to be auctioned late in 2019 or 2020.
