Dutch govt postpones white paper on spectrum policy

The Dutch mobile communications white paper, a crucial component in the preparations for the upcoming multi-band auction, will not be ready by the end of the first quarter, as originally scheduled. The Ministry of Economic Affairs said regulator ACM is still working on its advice for the auction. The regulator is close to finishing the competition analysis and expects to send it to the ministry shortly. The analysis will form the basis of the white paper.
