Dutch govt proposes cut in advertising on public broadcast networks

The Dutch government has proposed reducing the amount of advertising on the public broadcast network NPO and putting a greater focus on online content and partnerships. This follows a steady decline in ad revenues in recent years, putting at risk the financial stability of the broadcaster.
