Dutch govt report finds country unprepared for 112 outage

Government bodies, emergency services and healthcare organizations were not sufficiently prepared for the total inaccessibility of emergency number 112 caused by an outage on the KPN network in June last year. The conclusion was reached in a report from the Dutch Justice and Safety Inspectorate, the Healthcare and Youth Inspectorate and spectrum regulator Agentschap Telecom.
