Dutch govt sends telecom regulatory reform to parliament

Telecom providers must actively inform consumers about the most advantageous rates for their personal situation. That is one of the components of an extensive amendment to the Telecommunications Act that State Secretary Mona Keijzer sent to Parliament. The law also introduces new regulations for online communication services such as Skype and WhatsApp.
