Dutch govt submits temporary emergency law on use of data against virus to Parliament

A temporary Emergency Act has been submitted to the Lower House of Dutch Parliament about data and the coronavirus. The government wants the data to help it determine when it needs to sharpen measures to combat the virus pandemic, or when it can relax them.
