Dutch households have on average 5 Wi-Fi devices

Dutch households have on average 5.1 Wi-Fi devices, up 11 percent from an average 4.6 a year ago, according to the latest research by the Telecompaper Consumer Panel. The share of homes with just one Wi-Fi device fell to 6 percent from just under 12 percent a year earlier. Sixteen percent have three devices in the home, the same share as in August 2015. Single-person households have the fewest devices, at an average 3.6, while couples average 4.4 Wi-Fi devices and those with children 6.4. The number of devices also increases with the income of the household.
