Dutch ISPs reject film sector plan to target downloaders

Dutch ISPs are not prepared to hand over details on customers to copyright holders and anti-piracy organisations, according to a report from Computer Idee. Tim Kuik, head of the anti-piracy group Brein, which has led the legal battle against sites such as Popcorn Time, recently said that copyright holders could start taking the initiative and going after individuals illegally accessing protected material online.
