Dutch ISPs still not clear on actual internet speeds

Dutch internet providers are still not clear about the achievable internet speeds available to customers, according to a survey by the Dutch consumers union. DSL providers Online, Tele2 and XS4ALL do not provide any information about what customers can expect before they sign up for a plan. KPN, Solcon, Stipte and Telfort do provide information during the sign-up process, and KPN and Telfort also include this in the contract.
