Dutch ministry opens consultation on 700 MHz band change

The Dutch economic affairs ministry opened a public consultation on proposed changes to the national spectrum plan for the 700 MHz band. This is expected to free up frequencies used by broadcasters for mobile services, as well as reserve room for the PMSE sector.
