Dutch ministry working on bill to implement EU telecom code

The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate (EZK) is still finalising the bill for the implementation of the EU's new telecom code. A spokesperson said the ministry plans to ask the Council of State for advice this year. This procedure always takes place before a bill is sent for consideration to Parliament.
