Dutch Parliament retools mobile auction

Dutch Parliament has with a number of motions put its market on the structure of the spectrum auction. Two - albeit contradictory - motions have been adopted to enlarge the reservation for newcomers. Minister for economic affairs Maxime Verhagen (EL & I) warned against an auction that is forecasting five winners even before the start. The Lower House of Parliament also does not want spectrum until 2030 to be exchanged or traded. The House also wants to ban a differentiated billing method for mobile data services.
