Dutch parliament scraps ban on zero-rating

The lower house of the Dutch parliament has amended the Telecommunications Act in order to scrap the ban on zero-rating under net neutrality rules. The change was included in a broader bill on a number of changes at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, responsible for telecom issues; the bill was passed in a vote without debate.
