Dutch Parliament's Upper Chamber approves PSD2 implementation act

Dutch Parliament's Upper Chamber has approved the implementation act on payment services. The document is how the Dutch governement will eventually bring Europe's PSD2 (Revised Payment Service Directive) directive for payment services to life in the Netherlands. The Dutch government missed the deadline of 25 January, the day the European rules went into effect.
