Dutch parties call for addition of cyber rules to Geneva Convention

Dutch Christian Democratic party CDA and social liberal party D66 want the Netherlands to take the lead in establishing international rules for cyber wars. The two parties asked Minister Stef Blok to call on the United Nations for the addition of cyber rules to the Geneva Convention. Hacking attempts by Russia prompted the parties to make the call.
