Dutch postpaid providers improve customer satisfaction

Dutch postpaid subscribers are increasingly positive about their providers, according to the latest 'Postpaid Mobile Insights' report from Telecompaper. The average Net Promoter Score for postpaid mobile providers increased over the past six months from +8 to +16. While Sim-only customers traditionally rate their providers lower, the difference with package customers narrowed in Q3, to an average NPS of +14 for the Sim-only segment.
