Dutch regulator calls for more measures against excavation damage

Dutch spectrum regulator Agentschap Telecom has in an open letter called for additional security measures for those doing excavation. The regulator said this would limit interruptions due to excavation damage, in a period when telecom networks are getting used much more intensively. The AT said it was very important to keep connection interruptions to a minimum during the coronavirus outbreak, for everyone at home, and especially for the healthcare sector.
