Dutch regulator defends net neutrality interpretation

Dutch regulator ACM is dealing with two versions of net neutrality. While it contributed to the EU version through the development of the Berec guidelines, it also has to deal with the version described in the Telecommunications Law of the Netherlands. Both are based on EU regulation, but differ in their interpretation. The national version is what counts in court, Johan Keetelaar, director of telecom, transport and post at the ACM, told Telecompaper.
