Dutch regulator gets more powers to monitor fixed telecom market

Dutch regulator ACM has welcomed the new possibilities provided by the Telecom Act to monitor competition in the fixed telecom market. The Lower Chamber of Parliament agreed on 28 May to expand the regulator's range of monitoring instruments as part of the implementation of the EU's new Electronic Communications Code.
