Dutch regulator issues final decision on mobile cartel probe

The Dutch regulator ACM published its final decision settling the cartel investigation into the mobile operators KPN, T-Mobile and Vodafone. The operators agreed to hold their management to rules aimed at limiting public communication of strategic plans. The agreement is valid for three years. The investigation started in 2011 and covered a wide range of issues, but the ACM said already in November that it would not impose sanctions or fines.
