Dutch regulator lowers potential fines for KPN capped call terminations

Dutch regulator ACM said KPN must hold to the capped prices set by the regulator for terminating calls from other mobile operators. KPN filed an objection, but the maximum rates must remain, the regulator said. However, the potential fines of EUR 100,000 (for a maximum of EUR 1 million), imposed at the start of this year, have been halved.
