Dutch regulator orders Ziggo to publish wholesale offer by 31 March

Dutch regulator ACM has ordered cable operator VodafoneZiggo to publish its reference wholesale offer by 31 March. That's three months later than the original regulatory deadline to release a full wholesale offer to the market. If the company misses the new deadline it faces a potential fine of EUR 100,000 per day, up to a total of EUR 1 million.
