Dutch regulator recommends caps on 700, 2100 MHz bands in next auction

Caps on spectrum holdings in the 700 and 2,100 MHz bands are needed in the next auction in the Netherlands in order to ensure at least three operators remain active on the market, according to a study by the regulator ACM. The advice was part of research conducted for the Ministry of Economic Affairs as part of the planning for an auction in the second half of 2019.
