Dutch regulator says no date yet for final regulation on fixed network access

Dutch regulator ACM has not yet given a date for it when it will publish the final Wholesale Fixed Access (WFA) regulation. The draft decision stipulates that KPN and VodafoneZiggo must open up their networks to other providers. KPN already has third parties on its networks for copper and fibre, but the cable networks have escaped wholesale access regulation to date.
