Dutch seeking triple-play switch mainly to Ziggo, Telfort

Ziggo and KPN brand Telfort together took in almost half of customers looking to switch to triple-play deals over the last eighteen months, according to a 15-month study covering 14,000 households by Overstappen.nl. According to the study, Telfort has almost caught up with competitor Ziggo in terms of attracting switchers. In January 2012, 37 percent seeking to change to the triple-play market chose Ziggo. The figure moved to 22 percent 15 months later. Meanwhile, the figure moved from 14 percent to 34 percent for Telfort. When averaged over 15 months, Ziggo has a market share at an average
