Dutch smartphone market contracts in Q2, led by cheaper phones

Dutch smartphone sales fell by 13.8 percent in the second quarter compared to a year earlier. Phones under EUR 250 led the decline, with an annual fall in sales of 23.9 percent. While sales of cheaper second-hand and refurbished phones are growing, this remains a very small part of the market, according to the figures from GfK.
