Dutch smartphone owners looking more for help with problems

The Dutch are increasingly lookinf for help with their smartphone problems, including those around internet settings, email, MMS or Wi-Fi, according to figures from customer care business Qelp, obtained by Telecompaper. Smartphone owners asked for help more than twice in the year, according to Qelp data from December. Mobile operators received more than 735,000 requests for help during the month of December, a rise of 120 percent from the year before.
