Dutch spectrum regulator gets investigatory powers

Dutch regulator Agentschap Telecom (AT) has new powers as special investigating officers (BOA). The Public Prosecution Service of the Netherlands has published new instructions for the enforcement of telecommunications law. These will, with immediate effect, replace the existing arrangement.
