Dutch Upper Chamber critical about ACM regulation

The Dutch Upper Chamber of Parliament is currently handling the preliminary rules for the new Consumer and Market Authority (ACM). The Upper Chamber commission to the ministry of economic affairs, agriculture and innovation debated the bill on 30 October and determined its terms on 31 October. If the minister manages to answer remaining questions by 2 November, procedure discussions on the ACM will be able to continue in the Upper Chamber. The list of questions is, however, considerable. MPs from many parties, including the VVD (Liberal), PvdA (Labour), CDA (Christian Democrat), PVV (Freedom)
