Dutch VVD MP offers another net neutrality proposal

Dutch Liberal Party wants a resounding "no, with some exceptions" given to the proposal to block certain mobile internet services. MP Afke Schaart has submitted his own amendment to the Telecom Law, as have four opposition parties. The proposal requires net neutrality, but with five exceptions. Operator may hinder or slow down services in order to reduce congestion, ensure the integrity of the network, guard against spam, or by court order.
