Dutch watchdog mediates 55 cases for right to be forgotten

Since the European introduction of the 'right to be forgotten', the Dutch privacy watchdog Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) has received demands from 155 people to help them to erase search engine results showing their names from the search engine. In most cases this concerned Google. In 50 cases, the AP mediated with Google and twice with Bing. In 37 cases, the AP managed to get the results deleted from the search engine.
